How can I remove a bid from an item I am listing from a buyer who has only one positive feedback and that was in 2007? Usually my suspicions that certain potential buyers will turn out to be non-payers are usually right and time wasters can usually be spotted. Any tips?

In addition to Foxy's point re the positve(neg) - all you have achieved by doing this has been to 'increase the buyers feedback score' - open NPB disputes and do the right thig for all sellers.
