I just sold 4 items by auction, all with pickup. Only 2 buyers contacted me and picked up their items, the other 2 no communication and I raised non payment strikes. Q how can I tell when buyers are bidding on my items if they have any strikes against them, also strikes don't seem to prove much as they still don't pay when E-Bay advises them they will receive a strike in 4 days unless payment is made. Is it me or do other people notice that more buyers are refusing to pay??
