How can my listing become the recommended listing that shows on the top of the search page?

Hi,

I am selling power banks under the store name aztonline. Whenever I do a search to see where my listings are ranked, I noticed 3 items are shown on top as "Our Recommendations". Do any seller know how do we get qualified for that? Is it based on number of items sold? or eBay picks the sellers according to a procedure? or randomly picked?
