Buyer left negative feedback score despite winning an auction. Buyer wrote email stating "changed mind didn't want item"
Case opened, buyer sent abusive email and I reported buyer to ebay
Noticed negative feedback still left on item which required re listing and sold no problems.
Gosh it's taken you a while to notice that neg. lol.
Contact eBay by phone or via Live Help and see if they will remove it for you due to the buyer being a NPB. You say you opened a case, which presumably you closed after 4 full days so you should be able to have it removed.
