To add a logo, template or borders etc. for your description you need to use an outside picture/graphic host and convert the details into HTML code.
Then revise the listing and select the HTML tab at description and enter the code into the description field.
Select standard and it should revert to the graphics you have initially converted.
Keep in mind you cannot have any active content, in other words, things that change or move.
