How do I alter a pay it not invoice to an agreed price?

I have agreed a price for an item I have had on ebay with a buyer which includes postage. It is different from the buy it now price but is acceptable to both parties. How do I send her an invoice that reflects the agreed price? She has clicked the buy it now icon and is waiting for an invoice with the corrected price.
