How do I block someone from buying items for sale. For example I have had people purchase a item than renig on purchasing. I have advised ebay and gone through the right channels. I just dont want these people now to be able to purchase from me again and not pay.

two ways.

1. add their ebay ID to your Block Bidder list via the link on the ebay Site Map (link bottom of every page).

2. make sure you have your Site Preferences set to block all bidders with more than 2 strikes for non payment.
