How do I change from sent to delivered status of item?

I can't change the status of my sold product. It's still showing sent status but it's already delivered.

There is no delivered option.

If you send with tracking it will show delivery status in tracking.

If you send untracked you, as the seller, shouldn't and don't have the option to mark as delivered.
