How do I contact eBay,

I brought a safe and when it didn’t arrive the seller gave me a tracking number of a parcel that I received from Amazon

i have an email from seller stating her husband works at Aust post and that they haven’t sent it yet

The seller's lying to you.

If it's within 30 days of the last estimated delivery date, you can open an item not received claim through eBay's Money Back Guarantee

BUT does the Amazon tracking show as an item that's been delivered  as you may be the victim of a fake tracking scam.

To add, you have 180 days from payment to file a claim with Paypal if that's how you paid

And as a last resort, a chargeback through your bank.

However if the item shows as delivered (fake tracking number  ? ) it's a  hard process, though not always impossible, to receive a refund from any of the 3 sources.
