I just listed my first item to sell. How do I add my PayPal account to be paid into? I don’t know what to do about getting paid. It’s asking me for my bank account details. This isn’t able to be viewed by the public or the buyer is it? Does this not take PayPal as a payment method?
Firstly end your current listing UNTIL you have registered with eBay, you HAVE to have a Managed Payments account to be paid.
Use the link below to sort it out.

"It’s asking me for my bank account details.

NO
The buyer pays eBay and eBay pays you - into your bank account.
You now have 4 listings and as Padi advised, end them until you're registered to sell and signed up for managed payments. This process can take a while.
Even when it's completed , as a new seller, your payments will be on hold
Casey, the OP is obviously not interested in taking advice, they only had 1 listing when I posted, but now have increased it to 5................
Happy days are coming for them...............
PayPal has not been an option for seller’s in over five years
The only way you will get paid is via Managed Payments, which you were required to fully sign up to, and be verified to sell before you listed anything
You will also have a hold of 30 days on all funds until you prove yourself as a reliable seller, but you must post within your handling time
All the things covered under where you ticked you had read and agreed to box
No point in keeping on listing things, you will be not be paid anything until you meet your obligations as a seller
