How do I go from AU currency to U.S. Dollars?

I don't understand this AU currency rate & need to switch to U. S. currency. How Do I do that?

If you want to see US dollar, you need to sign into the US site instead of the Aussie one

You can't switch 

You are seeing 'this AU currency' because that is what we use here in Australia
