How do I list an item for longer than 10 days?

Hi! I have seen on occasions this option come up when I am relisting, but I can seem to locate were it is now?

You need to open a store to list for more than 10 days, also your listings will need to be fixed price Buy it Now,  Auctions can only run for a maximum of 10 days.
