How do I make a listing to allow one particular bidder only to purchase.

I need to list an item for one particular ebayer to buy. How do I list it so now one else buys it before they get to.  It is for a large quantity of a particular item.

In title put PRIVATE sale for enter ID of buyer ONLY

Then as the description put Purchase for ***** as per agreement.

No photos.

Then add the buy now agreed price.

If anyone other than them buys it you can send a feather and they can not complain.

Once listed send the item number to the buyer
