First mutual cancellation, how do I do it, buyer no longer wants accidentally purchased two - good customer - do I send? do they send? And how please.
Either go direct to the resolution centre, or via report a problem, proceed as if you were filing a dispute for non payment, but you will see the option to "mutually cancel the transaction" proceed from there, a request is sent to the buyer to which they need to formally agree, so make sure they are aware of this. Once they confirm their end, your fees are credited and you are both free of obligation.
