I'm not really sure of the process.
I have ebay messages where the buyer states she'll remove the feedback when refunded, but she hasn't. Obviously, I've messaged her mutliple times but she's not responding.
She's repeately left negative feedback to other sellers, and has claimed mutliple times to other sellers that packages went 'missing'.
It's been nearly 1 year since she left negative feedback, and I'd like it removed as I would like to sell something else.
Any help is appreciated.
