How do I set the minimum price I will accept when selling

I am relatively new to selling and have just sold at ridiculously low price ...my ignorance in not knowing how to start and ensure I get my acceptable minimum price on goods ...need guidance in initial listing set up procedures

Have your auction start bid at the minimum amount you will be happy to sell for if it is the ONLY bid you get.
