How do I set up a listing for a specific buyer?

In the title put for *enter buyers ID* only.

Then once listed send them listing number.

You can put a huge buy now price with best offer on it and tell the buyer to enter the agreed amount and you will then accept it.

This way if others place an offer you can decline them.

Just make sure you do not have the auto accept offer turned on.
