How do I stop a Non Paid Items Case person who then paid  from giving me negative feedback?.

You cant, but if you open and close an non payment case, and the buyer gets a strike, any negative they leave will be removed by ebay.

I actually thought that they were prevented from leaving feedback, but I could be wrong

if she paid, you post (with full tracking etc), and hope she finds the whole trading experience satisfactory enough to leave you a positive
