How do i find out what it is going to cost me to sell a item?

I have no idea of what a item is going to cost until it is sold. 

I am closing a shop and have around $300,000 worth of gear to get rid of but need to look at costs involved in selling it off. If it's 20% of the valus, it's simply not worth it!
