How do sellers protect themselves now with new AP policies with current PAYPAL policy??

I have another hot issue with the new system of AP - we no longer receive a registered slip that we stick the number to and fill out the buyers Name Adress Suburb and postcode ALSO stamped by AP on receipt - we receive a register docket with the number and p/c also the cost.ONLY

PAYPAL POLICY

S7.6 You have no automatic entitlement to receive any payments under the PayPal Buyer Protection Policy

S7.9 If the seller presents Proof of Shipment to your address, we may find in their favour even if you did not receive the item.

PAYPAL REQUIRE PROOF that you have sent it and that requires a registered slip stamped by AP also showing all of the above requirements - SO HOW DO WE DO THIS NOW??
