I read on here where someone provided a link to register for your offer of free listings above 40. I dont seem to get the emails from ebay invisting me to register for the free options. I used to get them but not anymore. Last weekend someone on here provided a link and I was able to register for 150 free listings last weekend for 4 days but I only found out on the evening of 18 Jan so never had time to do sell listings.
