I sold an item. The buyer did not make contact after I made numerous attempts to contact them. When eventually I made contact with them they indicated that were not interested in completing the transaction and gave feeble excuses. We went through the resolution centre to try and resolve and still received no contact from the buyer. The transaction has now been closed in the resolution centre and the item re-listed. I wish to leave negative feedback to warn other sellers about the unreliability of this buyer but have been unable to find anywhere within the system to do that.
What do I need to do to leave negative feedback?
