How do you report a rude abusive and intimidating seller?

I have purchased Item and paid for item.

it has been 10 days since I paid for item. I have sent email to seller stating : "I have not received item yet. Is there any problem?".

Have done all my communication via Paypal and email.

I have received four seriously rude, intimidating and abusive emails back from seller. He continuously is demanding me to cancel my dispute because  he says I am a scammer.

All I wanted to know was how long estimated time delivery is, as he did not state that on ebay.

I am seriously concerned about this behaviour and wonder what I should do? Report him for this behaviour? If so Where do I do this?
No one should be subjected to this for just asking a simple question.
