How is it that a non payer is allowed to keep trading on eBay??

I recently had a guitar amplifier up for auction & it went full term with only one bidder. This buyer then ignored all communication so I opened a case with eBay. Today I closed the case with no payment and find that this member has ripped off three other people since me but is still allowed to bid on other items. Is this for real????

If the sellers had the blocks in place to prevent non payers that have been issued strikes from purchasing from them then it would not be an issue.

And many sellers can not be bothered to take the time to open and close disputes so the crook buyer is not getting the strikes.

To put these blocks in place hover your mouse over account in your my ebay page and from the drop down click on Site Preferences then go down the list till you see Buyer requirements and to the right of that click on show then click on edit. From there you can put in place the blocks you want, to stop those you want to block from purchasing from you.

And sellers that leave false +ive feedback are in violation as well as seller are not allowed to leave negative feedback of any kind and it will be removed if the buyer reports it and the seller gets a policy violation.
