How long do I wait for a buyer who has not paid for an item and has not answered my emails, to relist the item or offer 2nd chance?

I had listed an item 2  weeks ago, the auction finished a week ago.  I have not heard from the buyer, no payment has shown up in my accounts and I have not received a reply from my message to them.  How long is reasonable to wait before writing them off and relisting item or offering 2nd chance, to other bidder?

The most you must wait is 4 days and then you can open a non payer dispute and then 4 days later you can close the dispute and then relist or offer to next bidder if there was one.
