How long do I wait for payment before selling item again?

I listed an item (a rabbit hutch) which was sold to the highest bidder. They messaged me to arrange pickup that day and I messaged them straight back with my contact details - five days later despite messaging them again twice I have heard nothing. How long do I wait before I relist the item of offer it again to the person who bid next highest? (Note: no money has been paid for the item yet as it was cash on pickup).
