How long to wait for a buyer to collect? Item has not been paid for.

Hi all,

Just wondering how long is an acceptable amount of time to wait for a seller to collect an item which they have not paid for?

It has been just under four weeks since the item ended and since then there has been sporadic communication from the seller, the last was recieved was two weeks ago asking for a good time to collect. I have respondent twice and the seller has not respondent.

I specified a payment time frame of 7 days in the listing if that helps.

Any assistance anyone could offer would be greatly appreciated!

You waited long enough.

Open a dispute for non payer and after 4 days close it to get your FVF refunded and issue a strike.

You can then relist.
