How long would be polite to give a non paying bidder prior to going to resolution centre?

Hi had a last minute multiple purchase, seriously low price.  I did mention in write up that payment would be nice 3 days after auction, I have sent both a polite message & 2nd invoice.

I understand that stuff can happen but how long should I wait prior to going to resolution centre as I have had no communication from the buyer?  Thank you

1 week is sufficient if they do not pay or make contact.

But you can open the disputes after 4 days and then 4 days later close them which gives them 8 days to make payment before they get the strikes.

Too many buyers are not paying these days.

Put the blocks in place to stop non  payers with strikes from buying from you as well and block that buyer.

To put these blocks in place hover your mouse over account in your my ebay page and from the drop down click on Site Preferences then go down the list till you see Buyer requirements and to the right of that click on show then click on edit. From there you can put in place the blocks you want, to stop those you want to block from purchasing from you.
