I want to subscribe for a store in eBay but it keeps telling me I am not qualified yet. How many points or feedbacks di I need to qualify to open an ebay store?

All you need to do is register as a seller to open a store.

But make sure you have least 100 items listed at BUY NOW to make it cost effective.
