How soon is too soon to put in an unpaid item case to ebay. Buyer has not made contact or answered any emails since winning item 10 days ago.She has over 2000 detailed feedbacks so should know better. She is also buying and paying for other items in this time. It is only a small amount of money concerned

As stated a dispute can be opened at 4 days so 10 days has well and truly given them time to pay.

Open the dispute now and 4 days later to the second or after close it and you will get you FVF back and they will be getting a strike.

Make sure you have in place the blocks to stop non payers that have more than 1 strike in a 12 month period.

Hover your mouse over account in your my ebay page and from the drop down click on Site Preferences then go down the list till you see Buyer requirements and to the right of that click on show then click on edit. From there you can put in place the blocks you want, to stop those you want to block from purchasing from you.
