How to access to all bidder details following a purchase being cancelled due to non-payment.

I had a case open to cancel a transaction due to non payment. The item was sitting in my sold listing until today, which is 7 days after the case was opened.

Tonight the item disappeared completely from my sold listing and from my sold count for the month.

So now I cannot see the details of the other bidders to provide a second chance offers.

How do I locate the contacts for the other bidders?
