Buyer paid then 2 hours later messaged to cancel order. Only been a member since Dec 12 so don't want to hassle them over this. Other feedback comments look great, so they haven't made a habit of this as far as I can see. Problem is, how do I send mutual cancellation when paypal has no option to do that as it is paid for. Do not want to refund before buyer agrees to mutual. Any clue's?
