How to have negative feedback removed without contacting the buyer?

The 'buyer'  marked the item as payment sent without making any kind of payment. He then started sending a stream of messages asking to pay c.o.d.. (which wasn't offered in the sale) then getting more and more abusive when I didn't reply immediately as I was dealing with a family emergency.  So now, without the transaction having been completed, I have gone from 100% down to 95% and been accused of being a scammer. I don't wish to have any more contact with this person as he became quite abusive. How can I have the feedback removed?
