How to remove bad feed back

I've left a bad feedback but now resolve the problem I want to take back the bad feedback. But I don't know how to.
Would anyone help me with this?

The seller needs to submit a feedback revision request. There is a link to that here:

Contact them and ask them to do the request.

That page outlines feedback removal, so you can see what is possible 🙂

I have looked at the negative you left, and saw the seller says you have a refund. Double-check you have received it before agreeing to remove your negative.
