How to set feedback item link as Private

I saw one feedback within one month is not "View item" but "Private", how can I set like this?

Nothing you can do after a listing is finished, if you want the private to show you have to select the private auction option when you list however you should be aware that a lot of buyers do not trust private listings unless they are for intimate items, very expensive items or rare collectibles.
