I applied and was activated to sell liquor on eBay, but now eBay has changed this. Help?

I applied and was activated to sell liquor on eBay since July 2021. Now, for some reason, the account has been deactivated stating that eBay needs our liquor license details. We have sent these through three times but we don't receive an answer from eBay. Is there someone we can call?

Select help at the top of eBay pages then scroll to the bottom for 'contact us'.

If it were just that easy to contact a real human that could actually help us. We have had some contact but no result as yet.

The call centres have been shut down due to Covid-19. Have you moved over to Managed Payments ?
