I cant get standard screen up when I try to put on photo but I can use basic any ideas

I am nexperienced with Ebay and this problems only started today.

I cannot get the screen up on STANDARD (no boxes appear) but I can use the slow basic photo uploader , driving me crazy.

I have download up dated Adobe but that hasn't helped,

can anyone help!!!!
