Hi
I did call customer service yesterday 4/5/17 on an evening and someone came to help me but she didn't know how to solve my problem and she told me to call me back but she just hangs me up and never return to sort out my problem.
Very poor customer service if they don't know how to help they can pass to someone else who can help.
