I want to send an invoice for an item that finished before selling. How do I send an invoice when the

item is finished?

The last enquirer now wants to buy

What do you mean by "finished before selling"?

I no longer sell & am happy to be corrected.

I think you would have to relist the item then the buyer purchases & pays for the item.

You are unable to send an invoice without a purchase.

A good idea would be to relist the item - the buyer may then purchase.
