I have a buyer who DNR and now wants something different

I have a buyer who DNR - item was posted without tracking because the cost of tracking  is just about as much as the item.

 

Now the buyer has asked me to replace the item, but with a different fabric.  I have offered to replace the original but they insist on a different piece. They said they had not received the first. Can you please offer some advice. Thank you
