I have customers who buy multiple items - do I get charged 10% for postage on each individual item

I have customers who buy multiple items  -  do I get charged 10% for postage on each individual item or only on the combined postage when invoice is sent ???  This can be a huge difference in price.    Thank you.    Marlene (marlsy62)
