I have finished dealings with EBay! I sold an item - the buyer didnt pay -

Buyer would not answer mobile or email. I attempted to notify that buyer did not pay but I pressed the wrong radio button saying I wanted to cancel the item. from there on it was a nightmare. EBay kept telling me that I could not change my request or do anything as I had agreed to cancel the item at the request of the buyer. After waiting 18 days in total I was allowed to not pay EBay the commission for sale and supposedly to relist my item. It should have been 4 days! Many attempts to change my request to' Buyer has not paid' were in vain EBay was waiting for a reply from the buyer to say that I had refunded the money which the buyer had not paid! I notice that the buyer still has not responded to this day and the notice on 'My EBay' is that I am waiting for feedback and waiting for payment. It also states that I cancelled the item which is not true. I take offence at the fact that the buyer has not recieved a black mark, yet I have been made to look like the wrong doer.
