I have had a payment dispute from a buyer who has collected the goods from my home but ebay

Ebay won't release funds, as buyer won't acknowledge that he has already collected goods from me. 

Where do I go from here?

How do you mean a payment dispute?

Are you saying they have opened an item not received dispute?

Or a bank charge back for an unauthorised transaction?

Or are your funds actually on hold due to you being a new seller?

Is this the buyer who has left you feedback?

Did you not scan the QR code when they picked up the item?
