I have items with no bids but requests for BIN price. If I list a BIN price does it go to first buyer or is there still an auction process?

if the auction has no bids already you can add a buy it now price by clicking REVISE item

however, if someone hits the Buy it Now the listing sells to them for the BiN price.

but.... if someone places a bid on the auction, after you add the BiN, then the BiN price disappears and it becomes a normal auction and will run its course.
