It is also a good idea to put the measurements of the furniture in the listing.

Many potential buyers will not bother to ask for them so your cutting down your potential buyer base even more than you are with pickup only items.

You need to revise the item, remove the postage you put it and make sure you have pick up only selected from the menu

Also a good idea to put pick up only in bold in the heading (as well as in the listing) as many people don't bother reading descriptions
