The seller only wants to trade, not sell - is this allowed? I assume he is trying to get around seller fees - or is this a scam? They have 100% feedback and have sold 321 items before, but this is the first listing like this - also, all his other listings are the same at the moment...
I can't find answers on eBay so thought I'd ask here!
