There are millions of items for sale on eBay. I have no idea how many are in the UAE, though, or the intricacies of selling there. This is the Australian board, by the way.
Generally make sure your listings are accurate, use all the legal keywords you can think of in your titles, take clear pictures highlighting any flaws, add measurements to your descriptions if applicable, make sure your prices are competitive (without necessarily being the lowest), make sure your posting times are reasonable and postage costs are as well.
