how can I set up eBay postage “ETA’s” to automatically calculate Mon- Fri as working days?.
I have now changed my listing “estimated time of arrival” to show 5-10 calendar (working days) days, but calendar days are not working days,
eg, If a customer pays Sat - Monday, it shows the max 10 calendar days, but there is a weekend in there, then the 10 working days, turns into 12 days in reality,
If a customer pays on a Tuesday to Friday, there are 2 weekends in there so it would really turn into 14 days,
customers feel this is a deceit and that it is disappointing,
