I have opened an 'unpaid item case' and would like to cancel that, how can that be done?

Can anybody tell me how to cancel an 'unpaid item case' once it is opened (?) or will it cancel automatically when the buyer has paid?

The case will automatically close if the buyer pays by paypal, but not if they pay by any other method. DO NOT close the case on the promise of payment, once closed you cannot open it again, only close it if you HAVE received the payment.

To do that, choose the link that should be showing at the top of your sold items that you have an unpaid item case open, and click on 'buyer has paid'.
