I have sold something and posted it. I informed the buyer immediately it was sent. The buyer acknowledged this and said thank you.
I have now received an email from them saying "they have been ripped off". I responded and advised I would refund. I would much rather refund than have anyone think I was defrauding them in any way. If I do so before they receive the item can they leave a
negative? It does seem out of character for this person to make such a comment as their feedback appears to be good. They have
not responded to my messages.
